1. Booking and Reservations
\nUser Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid NID or Passport to book a stay through NIR.<\/p>\n
Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate personal and guest details during the booking process.<\/p>\n
Confirmation: A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from NIR and the initial payment (if applicable) is processed.<\/p>\n
2. Check-in and Check-out Policy
\nIdentification: As per Bangladesh government regulations, all guests must present a valid National ID (NID), Passport, or Driving License at the time of check-in.<\/p>\n
Standard Timings: Standard check-in is usually at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM (subject to specific hotel policies). Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n
Right of Admission: The hotel\/property reserves the right of admission. NIR is not responsible if a hotel denies entry due to lack of proper ID or violation of hotel policies.<\/p>\n
3. Pricing and Payments
\nDynamic Pricing: Room rates are dynamic and may change based on demand and availability. The price at the time of booking is final.<\/p>\n
Inclusions: Unless stated otherwise, the price covers the room stay only. Extra meals, laundry, or telephone calls are to be paid directly to the hotel.<\/p>\n
Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT and Service Charges as per Bangladesh law, unless specified otherwise.<\/p>\n
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
\nCancellation Window: Users can cancel bookings through the website or by calling our support. Cancellation fees depend on how close the cancellation is to the check-in date.<\/p>\n
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank).<\/p>\n
No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the full booking amount or a 1-night charge will be forfeited.<\/p>\n
5. Guest Conduct and Responsibility
\nIllegal Activities: Any form of illegal activity, including harassment, drug use, or unauthorized guests, is strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.<\/p>\n
Damages: Any damage caused to the property by the guest must be compensated directly to the hotel.<\/p>\n
6. Limitation of Liability
\nService Provider: NIR acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the hotel. While we verify our listings, we are not liable for the quality of service provided by the hotel or any accidents\/theft occurring at the property.<\/p>\n
Technical Issues: NIR is not responsible for any booking failures due to internet connectivity issues or technical glitches beyond our control.<\/p>\n
7. Governing Law
\nThese terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.<\/p>\n
8. Modifications
